I like a shuttle service to drop off and pick ip at Universal Studio Park.

It is not 3.5 stars hotels as it stated. It's not even 2.5 stars. There is a film casting during my stay. It did not have enough staff to help you what you need. ie: They blocked in front of hotel for casting. There was no instruction on shuttle sto

Noise and lack of costumer service.

Location. The staff was helpful.

There was work on the roof that was noisy on a Saturday! The television didn't work. There was an unmentioned parking fee of $25.00. There was only one tiny working elevator.

WiFi did not work 3 days out of 4 days. Understaffed to help guest. Paper thin wall. Seriously in need room renovation include bathroom. Unfortunately conditions of this hotel does not meet standards

Room was very spacious and clean inside and the beds were very comfortable

The people were nice and helpful.

This hotel is very old and under construction. Noise levels were high. The rooms were very large and spacious but balcony looked and seemed unsafe. The heated pool was nice. Room was clean but hallways were dirty.

Shower walls had paint peeling on all the grout, clock didn't work, bed was nice. Nicer than a Motel 6 but felt cheap & not a place I would book again. I strongly question the 3.5 stars it supposedly is. They charge $25 for parking and $8 facilities fee.

Everything, the loud wedding reception they had until 11 pm want in a sound-proof room. People partied in the HALL until 4-5 am!!! The room service dropped the two glasses of wine I ordered for my daughter & self, while we fought to get grandkids to sleep

Everything is wrong with this place. The girl at the reception gave my deposit back in sealed envelope. I just checked the envelope and it had $70 instead of $241. When I counted money in front of her she acted surprised and then took money from her bag

Dirty room, cracked toilet, place needs to be renovated.

The location.

Was advertised this as a 3.5 star hotel, it was a 2 star. No fridge, no microwave. No free breakfast. A/C was not working, they fixed. Asked about room change was told they were full. Lots of parking yet charged $29/night. Pool out of service for repair.

The cleaning staff was very nice.

The hotel was more of a 2 star hotel. The room bed was made well. The bathroom had mold in the corner of the shower and the hand towels had pink stains on them. The railing for the outside patio was also breaking and didn't look safe.

Location that was it

It was dirty, sheets where not changed, it was not handicap accessible although we had a accessible room. The most important think my wife and daughter had bites.

Hotel was in construction... dark when I pulled in, sent out around back to go in. Walked in to a construction zone, with heavy paint smell, no carpet, garbage, tools, lots of construction vehicles. Pool under construction. Walls SOOO thin.

Good location close to restaurants and grocery store

Construction made it difficult pool wasn't available and appearance was a mess.

It is very old. Needs a lot of updating. Revisiting the 1960's. Very quiet. Staff is very nice. Cafe is excellent. Pool is warm and fun with a bar. Elevator is fast. Staff is helpful. Location can't be beat. They try hard to keep it clean.We will repeat

Just so old and dark. Carpets are thread bare. Room keys loose their code if near phone or credit cards - annoying. Needs paint. Stairs to navigate to get to the front desk and the hallway to the rooms.

I like that parking was close to the entrance, there was a free shuttle to Universal Studios and the heated pool was a nice bonus

The showers grout looked as if it had been painted over and was peeling off. Looked very outdated.

The menu at the Cafe was good and the food and service (once the order was taken) was fast and tasty. The location was convenient.

The rooms seemed dark and the drains in the bathroom were sluggish and the faucet in the tub dripped. After speaking to someone at the front desk, the faucet improved a bit. The room seemed in need of a paint job.
